Centrifugal wax melter is designed for quick and effective removal of melted wax from old and used cotton wool under the action of centrifugal force in a set with a steam generator. In the process of work, the frames themselves are also disinfected.
In this type of wax furnaces, the raw material loaded into the drum of the wax furnace (dry or frame with dry) is heated by steam, the wax in the raw material melts into a liquid, under the action of centrifugal force it is filtered through the holes in the walls of the drum and thrown onto the wall of the tank. Solid sushi particles are retained in the drum. Next, the wax flows down the wall of the tank and with droplets of condensed steam exits through the drain valve into the receiving vessel, where it solidifies as a layer on top of the water.

Steam for the operation of the wax furnace is produced by equipment (steam generator), which must be purchased separately.
