Description:
The main working part of extruder is a worm, which is inside the perforated cylinder and have functions of division, transportation and comb capping pressure. At the same time, honey with grains of wax is squeezed out through the perforation holes and flows into the sieve. The sieve retains grains of wax, the strained honey is drained into the lower container. At the front of the sieve, under the cylinder outlet, there is a small backet for collecting dry wax grains, which can also fall out of the holes at the end of the comb capping compression.
The worm is driven by a gear motor.
Everything is installed on a metal framework made of a shaped pipe. The section of the gear motor is covered with a casing, on which there is a handle for the worm speed regulation.
